To enhance comfort and energy efficiency, the design of the Oasis farmhouses incorporates a strategy to lower ambient temperatures. Central to this is the concept of courtyards, which are integrated through intelligently placed double-height spaces. These courtyards act as natural ventilators, capturing wind during the day to cool the interior.

Concept

The houses have state of the art, high end facilities and finishes, with an absolute non-compromising focus on comfort and unprecedented design quality. Farm house consists of a dining, drawing, living room, fully equipped service kitchen, study room, two bedrooms, detached servant quarter and a wonderful temperature controlled swimming pool at the ground floor.
